There is currently no plan to have a virtual alternative for the 2024 CLEAN WATERWAYS Conference.
The Duke Energy Convention Center’s main entrance is located at the intersection of Fifth Street and Elm Street in downtown Cincinnati. Over 5,000 parking spaces are located immediately surrounding the Center in metered street spaces, private flat lots and privately managed garages. CLEAN WATERWAYS offers a Certificate of Attendance that may help you meet your state licensing board’s requirement for Professional Development Hours. Many states allow you to earn these credits by presenting or attending seminars, workshops, or professional or technical presentations made at conventions, or conferences, including those presented by vendors with specific knowledge related to the licensee’s area of practice.
Badges can be picked up during registration hours at our registration desk, located outside our exhibit hall at the Duke Energy Convention Center.
The dress code is business casual. Be sure to pack light layers as the Convention Center might be cool and temperatures vary during the day/night.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: The cancellation deadline is January 26,2024. Cancellations must be made in writing by January 26, 2024 to receive a refund, minus a cancellation fee of $299. Registrants who do not cancel prior to January 26, 2024 will be liable for the full registration fee. Non-payment or failure to show up onsite does not constitute cancellation and said registrants are not entitled to a credit or refund of any kind. If for any reason Access Intelligence decides to cancel or postpone this conference, Access Intelligence is not responsible for covering airfare and other travel costs incurred by the clients. Refunds due to registrant error will be charged a $199 processing fee. Discounts will not be applied to current registrations. No refunds will be granted after January 26, 2024.
SUBSTITUTIONS: Substitutions can be made to transfer a registration to another individual. Notice of substitution must be made in writing and sent to register@cleanwaterwaysevent.org
