Deadlines to remember:

• Speaker self-registration by April 5, 2024— upon receipt of acceptance notification and registration instructions sent via email.
• Update your profile, bio, and upload your photo — by March 11, 2024
• Mandatory online release form — by March 18, 2024
• Hotel Reservation deadline – by March 18, 2024 or until the hotel sells out
• Mandatory upload of your presentations for review — by March 25, 2024
